The RISE Summit on Social Determinants of Health is the place for cross-sectional thought leaders to discuss actionable, tactical, and scalable solutions to social determinants of health (SDoH) challenges and achieve better outcomes for the most vulnerable populations.
2020's conference focused on four key themes: Cross-Sector Collaboration and Making Connections, Use of Data and Emerging Technologies, Funding and Reimbursement for SDoH Initiatives, and Insights into Policy and Legislature and the intersection of the Public / Private sector.
