PCORI Virtual Annual Meeting

Every year, PCORI’s Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to demonstrate how PCORI is leading and influencing the advancement of patient-centered outcomes research and comparative clinical effectiveness research.

Five of the six plenary sessions this year focus on PCORI’s National Priorities for Health, a set of ambitious goals that guide PCORI's work and provide the framework for our funding portfolio. These priorities have been shaped in partnership with hundreds of stakeholder representatives, advisors, and experts, and we look forward to hearing from you as we discuss our efforts to meet these bold goals. At the sixth main stage session, panelists will discuss lessons learned from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and PCORI’s role in addressing challenges stemming from the pandemic through stakeholder-engaged research funding. 

The many breakout sessions include a rich slate of topics examining our work to not only fund research that helps patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and others make better-informed healthcare decisions, but to also disseminate study results and drive implementation to ensure patients and stakeholders are engaged in every step of the research process.
