Experts by Experience
Social Needs & Health Equity Learning Community
The Patient Insights Institute of the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF), in partnership with SIREN, launched a Social Needs & Health Equity Learning Community in January 2022. The Learning Community is composed of Experts by Experience (ExE) from across the United States. Throughout the year, the Learning Community will provide feedback and guidance to SIREN and PAF on topics and research projects related to social care and health equity.
The Patient Insight Institute is built on PAF’s rich 25-year history of service, experience, and data. They ensure healthcare change is informed by the whole patient experience by partnering with research, healthcare, and policy leaders to generate patient-centered evidence and integrate the patient perspective into projects— giving voice to those who have been historically under-represented.
