Addressing homelessness and Covid-19 quarantine: A streamlined assessment and referral process

Leaders at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences developed and implemented a simple screening tool to determine the self-quarantine capacity of those who were being tested for coronavirus or tested positive, and to refer them to an appropriate facility as needed. The process involved key stakeholders from the academic medical center, the state department of health, and the homeless shelter network.
