In this presentation delivered at the 2018 Root Cause Coalition Summit, SIREN Research Advisory Committee member Dr. Rachel Gold, Senior Investigator at the Kaiser Permanente NW Center for Health Research, delved into the challenges associated with adoping social risk factor documentation in EHRs and highlighted two studies testing practices and interventions to support implementation in CHCs.
