Food is medicine movement —Key actions inside and outside the government

Medical care only accounts for about 20% of the modifiable contributors to health outcomes for a population, FIM efforts must extend beyond the health care system and address the root causes of food insecurity and poor nutrition to realize their full potential. This article provides an overview of the key actions in the FIM movement inside and outside the government.
