Investing in a healthier North Carolina: Lessons learned from North Carolina Medicaid reforms

North Carolina Medicaid's efforts to "buy health, not just health care" through whole-person health reforms, including the Healthy Opportunities Pilots, have made significant contributions toward "Healthy North Carolina 2030" goals. Continued multistakeholder engagement and bipartisan investment in these efforts will be critical to fully meet these targets.
