An essential first step involves identifying unmet social needs through screening. Little is known about SDoH screening in routine maternity care practice outside of research settings, including when, whether, and how it should be completed. The objective of this study was to describe rates, characteristics, and predictors of SDoH screening among maternity care hospitals participating in a statewide quality collaborative.
