AcademyHealth has developed a robust project framework to guide further investigations into the financing/reimbursement mechanisms used by health plans and providers to support non-clinical population health-related social support services. Employing an Emergent Strategy approach, this visual framework continually evolves as new findings – particularly those related to barriers – emerge.
